The first quarter of 2021 has been an intriguing period for horror game enthusiasts on Android in Brazil. Sensor Tower's comprehensive data provides us with insights into how the top horror games have fared during this time.

Granny, developed by DVloper, displayed a peak in downloads reaching approximately 156K in the week of January 18th, followed by a general downward trend closing at around 101K downloads in the last week of March. The weekly active users mirrored this pattern, peaking at nearly 598K in late January and then gradually declining to approximately 460K by the end of March.

Z & K Games' Scary Teacher 3D also experienced fluctuations. Downloads spiked to around 129K in mid-February before dropping to about 104K by the end of March. Unlike its downloads, the game's weekly active users showcased growth, with an increase from around 513K at the end of December to over 602K by late March, before a slight dip to around 580K. Revenue for the game maintained modest figures, hovering around the few hundreds of USD throughout the quarter.

Euphoria Horror Games' Death Park 2: Horror Clown showed a sharp increase in downloads in early January, with a peak at approximately 165K, before experiencing a decline to about 32K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar trajectory, peaking at around 152K in mid-January and falling to approximately 41K by the quarter's close. Revenue trended with small incremental increases, reaching a peak of around 214 USD in early March.

The sequel to Granny, Granny: Chapter Two, also saw its highest download numbers in mid-January at roughly 102K, which then tapered off to about 49K by March end. Weekly active users hit their zenith at close to 490K in the third week of January, descending gradually to around 363K by the quarter's conclusion.

Lastly, Keplerians Horror Games' Ice Scream 1: Scary Game had a stable download count, with a slight peak at around 47K in mid-February and ending the quarter with about 31K downloads. Active users reached a high of approximately 136K in mid-February and then decreased to nearly 115K by the end of March. Revenue for Ice Scream 1 remained low throughout the quarter, with the highest weekly revenue being a modest 16 USD.
